Bristol Dojo has some fantastic classes which are great for building your knowledge and development but all martial artists need time to develop their own individual skills. Whether your training Kata for a grading, practicing your ground work or throws, sparring for an up-coming fight or just keeping up your standard you need free time and the right facilities.
There are always instructors and other experienced people around if you need help or advice with any part of your training. Included FREE with all full memberships and for non-members? Just turn up and pay at reception.
Bristol Dojo has an “Open Mat” session every Saturday for anyone who trains at Bristol Dojo (or even anyone who doesn’t) Either on your own or with a partner you can use the full facilities of Bristol Dojo including the kick-bags, kettlebells, pads, training equipment and our 18ft boxing ring or 20ft MMA cage.
